Cancellation Policy: A Deposit of one half the total rent is due within 10 days of booking.
The full deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival.
The deposit is refundable with 45 days or more notification, less 10% for credit card fees. If notification is less than 45 days, then refund is predicated upon our ability to fully re-rent the condominium. If we are able to re-rent some, but not all of the reserved dates, the amount of the refund will be equal to the amount of the re-rental.
All deposit refunds are subject to a 10% gross rental processing Fee.
THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ALL RESERVED DATES.
Sorry, no pets are permitted and the North of Nell is a non-smoking building. We are moving towards booking specific units. We will do our best to keep you in the unit booked, barring anything out of control. If there is an issue with the unit booked and we have to move the booking to a different unit, the guest will be notified when/if this change occurs.
